A small internal portal: employees, managers, and admins, each with the right view, plus an admin panel for managing users.
The build as a data point
The whole MVP was built in three sessions with Claude Code:
- Full MVP from an empty directory.
- A 25-file rebrand executed by five parallel sub-agents.
- Security hardening and deployment.
Total spend was roughly 1.2 million tokens, about thirty dollars, logged session by session. For clients deciding whether agentic development is worth trying, that number does more than any pitch.
Status
Delivered as phase one and handed over. Kept here as a reference for what a scoped, fixed-outcome engagement looks like.
